18 Jun Nuggets to Change Your World! (2 Timothy 2:5)

The Bible tells us, “I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live” (Deut. 32:30).  Do you know your present exists with your permission?  Therefore, we should never complain about what we permit!  You’ve probably heard me say, “The attitude you presently have is the one you’ve presently chosen!”  Well in the same vein, the circumstances you presently have are the ones you’ve presently permitted!

Remember this…our tolerance breathes life into our circumstance!  Someone once said, “I hate my job!”  Another then asked, “Why do you stay there?”, to which the first man replied, “Because it’s close to my house.”  Proximity is never an excuse for passivity!

                        You chose your job!

                        You chose your friends!

                        You chose your attitude!

                        You chose your choices!

Ultimately, we choose whether we will fulfill our destiny or not!  While we must certainly obtain the counsel of God, isn’t it high time we take responsibility for our actions, our decisions, our attitudes, our choices and our destiny?!
