Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way (Because Tenacity is a Necessity to Fulfill your Destiny) Part 6

Last week, we were discussing  “10 Truths Toward Tenacity” and we began discussing:

2. Tenacious people don’t hand the reigns of their emotional well-being to another (Phil. 4:4).

Please allow me to share with you six more things you should never give away to others in order to maintain your tenacity:

1) Your attitude!

-You can’t always control the circumstances or people who come into your life, but you can always control your attitude towards them.

-It only takes a moment to make an attitude adjustment!

-The attitude you presently have is the one you’ve presently chosen!

-People meet your attitude before they meet you!

-“I can” is always better than I.Q!

2) Your joy!

The Bible tells us, “This is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it” (Ps. 118:24).  This world will always have what I call “joy suckers”.  You’ve met them (you may be related to them), they’re just like vacuum cleaners sent from hell to suck up all your joy.  I call them “dirt devils”!  The aforementioned verse tells us that God made this day for you…never give your day (or joy) away to the negative!

3) Your priorities!

Remember this:  What you prize, you will prioritize.

4) Your passion!

Remember this:  Purpose breed passion, and passion impacts people.

5) Your calling!

Never trade your calling for a career.  Jesus did not come to give you existence, He came to give you abundance!

6) Your integrity!

Reputation is what others say about you.  Integrity is what God knows about you.  Integrity is who we are in the dark.

Remember this: When you begin to make your mark on this world, many will show up with erasers.  Tenacity is a necessity to fulfill your destiny!

Next week, we’ll continue our series!
